Lemongrass came to Danger Farms because they wanted to create one of the first marketplaces that brought together practitioners of alternative therapies and their potential customers.
Lemongrass had the community of practitioners and they understood the community's needs. They also knew of its reluctance to join a new platform when individual ways of working were well established.
Danger Farms were therefore tasked not only with devising a marketplace - allowing practitioners to join seamlessly and for customers to find what they needed fast, and for it to be delivered flawlessly - but also with the inception of the Lemongrass brand.
We created a marketplace that allowed customers to quickly find the information that was of the highest importance to them.
We created a brand that was vibrant, modern, and felt established within the industry while still holding its own identity, giving Lemongrass strong ownership of their services.
Using Sharetribe marketplace, we created a platform that would allow practitioners to create their profiles and fully control what they offered, including the receiving of payments, removing all admin from their experience.
For the customers, we created a marketplace that allowed them to quickly find what they were looking for and to be presented with the information that was of the highest importance to them, such as reviews, availability and costs.
Working directly with Stripe, we even integrated a payment system that handled all transactions - no matter where in the world - and ensured that both practitioners and Lemongrass were correctly remunerated.
